Testimonies

A few Highlights from the Fiji 2007 tour:

"God really poured out His Spirit on the school assemblies done by the teams. At one Hindu School 280 out of the 800 students came forward to give their lives to Christ. We were astonished by the openness of schools to allow us to preach and give altar calls. " - Fiji 2007

"Navua - A lady was touched by Rudy's testimony of being adopted and how God freed him from holding hatred towards his Parents. She came out for prayer as she had found out at the age of 31 that she had been adopted and five years had passed and she was still struggling with unforgiveness towards her parents and as a result of that she struggled with anger and bitterness and it was affecting all areas of her life, including her Marraige. She came up with her Husband, for prayer to be freed from the bondage and for help with her anger and frustration. We were able to pray for her and encourage her to release forgiveness towards her parents and that it would release freedom in all areas of her life. We also encouraged her that God's plan is perfect and that all things work together for good for those who love the Lord and are obedient to his calling. She left feeling encouraged and ready to forgive her parents and she also felt like a burden had lifted off her." Pisa & Meaghan Ravula - Island Breeze

"Sigatoka - A local link led me to a 15 year old Indian girl for prayer - She had grown up thinking she was a nothing and she had been abused most of her life. She had tried to read the Bible, but because of her parents anger towards God, they would beat her if they caught her, so she would hide her Bible from them. When I would talk to her she couldn't even look at me and she said that she had tried to commit suicide several times. So I was able to encourage her with Jeremiah 29:11-13 and Psalm 139 and tell her that she was somebody to God and that the things she was thinking about herself were just lies from the enemy. So I Prayed for her, that she would know the truth. She was encouraged to ask God for his truth, forgiveness, peace and help. By the end of the prayer the girl was looking at me and smiling!" "Lautoka - A lady and her daughter came up for prayer during the show. The daughter was 9 and she was paralized on the left side of her body. They came to the show especially for her daughter, as they had heard that people had been getting healed at the shows. So some of the IWT crew gathered around them for prayer, half way through the prayer they stopped to watch the show. Then they did the alter call and they both gave their lives to the Lord and the crew continued to pray for them. Soon before they left the daughter began to walk for the first time and was able to wave her left hand so she got up and walked her way back home with a great big smile!"

"I prayed for a lady who was having joint pain and suffered from arthritis. Afterwards the power of God touched her and she had no pain (could bend her knees). Praise Jesus!" Keahi Cornelius - Island Breeze.

"After a Satellite performance in Rakiraki, Mana, Kiti and I prayed for a lady's 7 year old son. He could not hear in his left ear. After we prayed for him, Kiti snapped his fingers several times and whispered the boys name in his left ear. He could hear it! The whole family was there and was very grateful to God." "After a show, we prayed for a lady who was partially blind. After Praying for healing, she was beginning to see light. Her vision was coming back and she could now see properly! Jesus is good!" Keahi Cornelius - Island Breeze.

"i woke up feeling that i should fast that morning. I had heard stories of the night before, of all the miracles God performed. I wanted to see the same miracles, so I thought fasting would get me there. I was attending an Island Breeze show that night. All day I leaned on Jesus to get me over my hunger. I prayed and read the word and it got me through the fast. I was fully armored for God, as were me fellow Impact World Tour team mates. The Island Breeze show was so powerful. A lot of people gave their lives to the Lord. We saw all types of healing, but there was one miracle that was not your normal miracle. As I looked across the field, I saw a woman, very small in size, over powering several strong men. I felt I should go over there. The Lord told me, so I went, because I didn't want to be disobedient. They brought this women into one of the back tents for prayer. When I went back there, I saw she was being delivered of an evil spirit. The tent was flowing with prayer for deliverance. I was holding the woman's left hand, Hanah (TX) was reading a scripture while holding her right hand, then there was Tabali and Dave praying in the girls ear. The demon spirit wasn't even speaking Fijian, it would yell at us, and make evil noises. Finally the demon was cast out . She began throwing up, releasing the demon inside. We prayed life into her and one of the verse said, was in Mark about demons, it said this type of spirit could only be released by prayer and fasting. That is what Jesus said to His disciples. I knew the work was done because of the fasting that took place within the teams. When the woman came around, she had no idea where she was. The one thing she recalled was looking up and seeing only light. She said she felt as if Hannah was Jesus saying scripture to her and freeing her. This lady was finally free and Jesus was the one who received the glory!" Freedom Ochoa - GX International

"One day at one of Island Breezes performances i was asked to go pray for some people so I went to go help pray for a lady who had a tough back ground and had a broken heart. After we prayed for her she said that she felt God healing her and her pain in her heart was gone. She left crying knowing that she was healed by God and walked with a big smile!" "A sixteen year old girl came up for prayer for her addiction to drugs even though she grew up in church. God met her and drenched her with His love. I believe the addiction was broken by the power of love and that she came to know that Jesus' accepts her as she is." - Brooke Valle

"In Labasa, a girl asked for prayer for her entire left side from right under her chest to the end of her torso. The pain was completely gone and the Holy Spirit was speaking to her heart; healing her heart as well. The love of God was felt all over her." GX Hub -Brooke Valle

"One night after a satellite during prayer, a local link approached me and asked for prayer over his back. For the last five years he'd been living with pain in his lower back. After praying for him he felt the pain leave from his body and he was healed! -Peta Rivers

As I and a few others were waiting for people to come up for prayer, we saw this young boy around the age of six standing behind one of the barrier on one foot and using a nearby pole to lean by. So as a result two other Island Breeze members and myself went up and prayed for healing over his leg and he was fully healed!" - Peta Rivers

"I prayed for a man's right knee; he hadn't been able to bend it fully without pain. God instantly healed him. I said only a short prayer, we opened our eyes, I asked him to bend and he did it with ease!" - Moa Noble

"I prayed for a young man who heard, and was touched by Pisa's testimony. He was only passing by the show with his friends and they had stopped up the back for a smoke at the same time as Pisa was sharing his testimony. What Pisa shared affected him so much that he left his boys smoking and responded to the alter call. He was only 13 years old and he made a decision to receive Jesus as his Lord and Saviour- Moa Noble

In Tavua, Pisa and I prayed for a lady who had been suffering with constant chest pain for over a month and it would hurt worse every time she breathed in. By the time we finished praying for her the pain had completely gone! She was able to take deep breaths without any pain at all and she was amazed at what God had done for her!"
